At noon today, a large fire engulfed the Darëzeza forest massif, but after several hours of intensive efforts by fire services, forestry workers, and residents of the area, the flames have been brought under control and are on the verge of being extinguished.
To prevent the possible reactivation of the fires, two fire engines and three groups will remain on standby in the area.
Meanwhile, authorities have set up a working group to assess the damage caused, while the investigation team is working to uncover the causes of the fire.
