A draft law issued for consultation by the Ministry of Economy, Culture and Innovation entitled "On the sale of state real estate to actual non-owners in areas with priority for the development of the mountain economy" provides for the procedures and conditions that must be met by interested entities to develop their projects in the lands that will be taken at the symbolic price of 1 euro.
