From the falsification of UNESCO maps and the disappearance of 138 works of art, to permits for resorts in protected areas and the razing of the National Theater: The complete dossier of the affairs that led the former minister to questioning for 'Air Albania'.
After 13 years of being involved in a corruption case involving public funds, "fox" Mirela Kumbaro, minister in 3 ministries, was questioned for 4 hours by SPAK, regarding the file of abuses in the construction of the "Air Albania" tower stadium.
After leaving SPAK, Mirela Kumbaro stated that she was questioned as "a person who has knowledge of this matter, as all ministers, mayors, MPs and directors have said when they were first summoned to SPAK, and then they were taken as defendants and arrested."
The "Air Albania" stadium file is one of Mirela Kumbaro's affairs when she was Minister of Culture, but she is involved in many other affairs with funds, historical assets, protected areas and parks, environmental permits, cultural monuments, waste, beaches, and for 8 months in the Ministry of Education.
Some of Kumbaro's affairs, as evidence for investigation by SPAK:
· The "Small Point" affair, with which he falsified the map of Butrint Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, removing 600 hectares to alienate them into construction areas for palaces, villas and resorts, 5.3 hectares of which he gave to the "Alb Star" company for the "Manastiri" resort, with which he also carried out the "Air Albania" stadium affair.
· The affair of the permit granted to the sausage company "Hako" in the center of Butrint, to build a kebab shop, a concrete hotel and a parking lot, and the 20-year concession for the entire Butrint.
· Mirela Kumbaro's name appeared in the investigative file of the arrest of former minister Ilir Beqja, where it turned out that, together with him, she stole 462 million lek, by fabricating the same fictitious parallel tender as Ilir Beqja, for accommodation of EU delegations.
· She donated 21 hectares of land in the Coastal Natural Park, Protected Area "Llamanit Bay" in Porto-Palermo to the company "Bega 07", for the construction of a complex with villas, palaces and resorts.
· She signed the permit for trafficker Andrea Çaushi, after the occupation of the Lëkurës Castle in Saranda, and gave him approval to turn it into a resort, kebab shop and parking lot, with degrading construction interventions.
· Mirela Kumbaro's name has come up in 23 cases related to culture, the environment and tourism, but also with financial and property damages of around 2 billion euros, according to the Albanian Supreme Audit Institution and the Ministry of Finance Audit.
· Granted permission for the construction of the "Fantasy" hotel in the center of the Gjirokastra Castle, in which, according to SHISH reports, 60% of the hotel is owned by her, while 40% is owned by the trafficker Sokol Feruni, for 13 years Director of the Hospital, OSHEE and Road Transport in Gjirokastra.
· Her name appeared in the disappearance of 138 works of art, culture and history dating back to 1900, which, according to the Albanian Supreme Audit Office, were removed from the Heritage Center, the National Museum and the Art Gallery in 2015-2017 on her orders for alleged restorations and exhibitions, but were not returned.
· Mirela Kumbaro has signed the razing of churches dating back to before the 1800s, for construction in protected archaeological areas, in the territories of 300-500-year-old churches and historical areas.
· He falsified the status documents of the National Theater building "Monument Kulture" and signed the permit for its razing to build towers.
· Signed the permit for the smuggling of toxic waste from the Turkish company "Kurum".
· Has signed permits for the construction of 24 resorts in protected coastal areas and archaeological sites; as well as permits for towers, villa complexes, beach usurpations and pollution lines.
· He signed the permit of the "Salillari" company to extract inert material under the "Bird Bridge" on the Mat River, destroying it, but also 32 inert material permits in the Vjosa Valley and other nearby areas. / Pamphlet

Po si është e mundur që kjo gorllë me pltë kuptimin e fjalës sepse dhe vizualisht e tillë është ti bëj kaq dëm vendit dhe të bëj karshillëk kaq vite në kabinetin qeverisës... tmer lemeri, fatëkeqësi që populli shqiptar nuk e meriton..kjo duhet varur tek fundbarku i kalit të Skënerbeut.
Po si është e mundur kjo gorrilë të shkatëroj gjëthë këto pasuri kombëtare dhe drejtësia nuk e var në mes të sheshit skënerbej.
Spak, ka ulur tempin dhe kur ka temp e ka per njerezit qe nuk kane mbeshtetje politike apo nga krimi i organizuar. Nese prokuroret e SPAK'ut, kane frike te japin doreheqjen se Shqiperia ka djem e vajza qe dine ti dalin zot, qe dine te perballen me politiken e krimin. Humben jeten 2 femije, se luanin ne rruge, ne trotuar, ku eshte SPAK, qe te nise hetimet ndaj te gjithe bashkiakeve qe kane dhene leje per ndertim pallatesh ku te pastrohen parat e pista ne kurriz te hapsirave te qytetareve, femijeve. Kjo do jete nje nga drejtimet me te rendesishne te punes se SPAK, ti beje tu shpetoj shurra ne brek ketyre sharlataneve. Nje ambient me shume per argetimin e femijve , sot nuk do kishim humbje jete, por gjalleri feminore.
