Follow the Money/ SPAK follows Doshi's dirty money, illegal betting and his

SPAK and BKH, with the support of the State Police, have officially launched the dismantling of one of the most powerful criminal structures with political influence in Albania; Tom Doshi's network. Over the past few days, controls and seizures have been carried out in Shkodër, Vau Dejës and Malësi e Madhe, with the objective of investigating vote buying.

Sources for Pamfleti confirm that the investigations launched for electoral crimes against Doshi have expanded and now include a complete line of illegal financing through illegal betting networks, which function as Doshi's "ATM" during the election campaign.

One of the strongest moves was the seizure of the phone of Tom Doshi's personal driver, a person who allegedly served as a courier between Doshi and the people on the ground in the northern electorate. The cellphone is expected to yield key evidence linking Doshi directly to the criminal activity of vote buying, but also to the financing channels of this activity.

According to information, SPAK and BKH have also launched a dedicated investigation into the illegal betting network linked to Tom Doshi, which was allegedly used to finance his election campaign. This network, known as "333", "CR7" and other betting platforms operating under the radar, was managed by a 26-year-old with direct ties to Doshi; Lendi Palaj, known as his "cherri".

Palaj is a central figure in the management of the illegal betting network. Although seemingly clean, he is considered the "operational brain" of financing Doshi's electoral activities. In the schemes previously published by Pamfleti, Palaj served as a collector of cash income from the informal betting network that circulates millions of euros every month, through dozens of fictitious points and third parties.

The operational data speaks of payments physically delivered in “black bags”, distribution of funds on voting day, and lists of people who were paid for each vote secured. This money came from businesses that Doshi has seized through political pressure – including tenders in healthcare, favored construction permits and, more recently, illegal betting that operates with the help of structures infiltrated in the police and administration.

Threats against prosecutor Dritan Prençi, Doshi is trying to scare SPAK

Meanwhile, the investigation is at a critical point. Prosecutor Dritan Prençi, appointed by Altin Dumani to advance this file, has been targeted by mafia threats. Our sources speak of coded messages sent by Doshi's people to Prençi, with threatening content and attempts to force him to withdraw from the case.

Precisely for this reason, the chairman of SPAK, Altin Dumani, is expected to be personally involved in the investigative scheme, as he knows this structure well and has built a clear line of struggle against political gangs that blackmail the state.

Tom Doshi is feeling the fear he has been instilling in others for years. His network has been hit from all sides: drivers, bets, phones and files are running. SPAK has begun to cut off the political and financial oxygen to a structure that has functioned as a "parallel criminal state" in the north and center of the country.

Doshi is trying to react with threats, but this is the clearest signal that he is losing ground. If the investigations go to the end, then not only will Doshi's electoral and financial network collapse, but a new chapter could be opened for the real decriminalization of Albanian politics./Pamphlet
