Vladimir Avrami's power over the heads of the government has gone so far that on November 12, 2018, he appointed his son Arbër Avrami, Director of "Albgaz Sh.A" and advisor to the Ministry of Energy-Infrastructure where he has been for 6 years.
While 9 days after the appointment, on November 21, 2018, through his son, he created the state-owned and private company "Albanian Gas Service Company", 30% of which is owned by the Italian hydrocarbon group "Snam Spa" headed by Marko Alvera with center in Milan.
This group is connected to Vladimir Avram's black jobs in Albania, the Region, Cyprus, Greece and Turkey, and even the Government of Albania, they have it as their home and offer bargains and influence decisions.
