In the hearing on January 14, repentant killer Nuredin Dumani stated that for his release from prison in 2014, he had used a false medical report, as if he had little time left to live.
He had obtained the medical report through lawyer Alban Bengasi, for a fee of 40 thousand Euros from the son-in-law of the head of the clinic of Nasip Naço's brother, at that time Minister of Justice, representative of the SMI.
After this statement, Nasip Naço made this reaction: - I distance myself from any accusation. I invite the justice authorities to conduct a thorough investigation into this case and if the accusations are proven, they should take legal measures against every person involved, but as a former minister I have no connection to this case.
First, we cannot say whether Nuredin Dumani's statement about paying for the medical report is true or not, but according to information from the BKH, the report with the recommendation of Naço's son-in-law, given within 48 hours, is in the court file of his release from prison.
Secondly, in the release file, which the BKH and SPAK already have, there is also the procedure for the accelerated forensic examination of Nuredin Dumani, by the prison doctor and the prison hospital and the engagement of experts, requested by the General Directorate of Prisons with director Artur Zoto of the LSI and with the approval of the Ministry of Justice, headed at the time by Nasip Naço of the LSI.
Thirdly, Nuredin Dumani's statement in the court session, regarding his release from prison with a fake medical report, paid for by Nasip Naço's brother-in-law, was not made at that moment, but according to the information "Pamphlet" has, this statement is in the testimony he gave to SPAK as a repentant person, when he was asked about the reasons and manner of his release from prison in 2014.
But the killer Nuredin Dumani, in addition to the statement that Naço helped him get out of prison with false papers; during his confession to the BKH and SPAK, he stated that Ilir Meta had ordered him to kill a person who was bothering him, and SPAK even knows the name of the person who was to be killed and the value that Ilir Meta would give him.
Absurd is the lack of action by SPAK in the case of Naçov's son-in-law and the doctors who, through bribery, helped Nuredin Dumani be released from prison with a false medical report, using institutions that were subordinate to Nasip, Minister of Justice.
Because we are talking about a former Minister of Justice, who has been the Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on National Security for 4 years; about whom the Parliament should request urgent information from SPAK and take a position on him based on the facts.
