One of the businessmen attacking the protest is the fish smuggler Gjergj Luca; not because he understands what he is saying, but because, with his version of banality and perversity, he repeats the denigrations that Prime Minister Edi Rama has made, as a favor to him for the wealth he has given him.
Most of the government decisions approved by Prime Minister Edi Rama have as their object the donation of state assets and funds to oligarchs, family members of those in power, politicians and traffickers, among them Gjergj Luca.
Protesters should learn and mention on the podium the fact that Prime Minister Edi Rama has robbed Albanians of land, land, public buildings, military units, forests, and even lakes and sea areas worth around 2 billion euros and given them for free to the fisherman trafficker Gjergj Luca.

Through four contracts with a symbolic value of "1 euro" and personalized government decisions, Prime Minister Edi Rama has given the company "Rozafa" sh.pk of trafficker Gjergj Luca four properties with a total area of 160 thousand m² of land and buildings, with a total value of only 4 euros.
· With Decision No. 873, dated October 30, 2015 and Decision No. 266, dated March 29, 2017, Edi Rama granted Gjergj Luca 104 thousand 727 m² of land and buildings of the State Reserve Base in Labinot, Elbasan, with a total value of 1 euro.
· With Decision No. 526, dated July 25, 2019, Edi Rama granted Gjergj Luca 28,860 m² of land and buildings of the former military department in Çekrez, Gramsh, with a total value of 1 euro.
· With Decision No. 701, dated October 30, 2019, Edi Rama granted Gjergj Luca 10,287 m² of land and buildings of the former Iron-Nickel Mine Transport Park in Prrenjas, with a total value of 1 euro.
· With Decision No. 394, dated June 9, 2022, Edi Rama gave Gjergj Luca 4900 m² of buildings of the former Sugar Factory in Maliq, with a total value of 1 euro.
In addition to these assets, Prime Minister Edi Rama has granted Gjergj Luca a concession and free use of Lake Xarra near Butrint, for 10 years of use with the right to renew the contract twice for another 10 years, as well as the Fishing Port in Durrës for free use for 20 years.
It has also given 50 square miles of marine area for fish reserves in Qeparo-Kakome, Durrës and Shëngjin; 110 hectares of forests and natural parks in Elbasan and Dibër; 1.1 million euros from IPARD II funds, which the European Union sent to Albanian farmers, as well as many other assets.
Therefore, the fisherman-trafficker Gjergj Luca, after attacks on the media that have denounced drug trafficking and the robbery of state assets, has become Prime Minister Edi Rama's megaphone against the protesters./ Pamphlet
