Senior government officials who have "eaten pears", but also their subordinates, who were used as signatories of tenders, concessions and theft of public assets, have been seized by the panic of handcuffs, as SPAK has started seizing the phones of officials in ministries and central director.
Those officials whose names have come out in the investigative files, and those who, as a result of the investigation, have not been made public by SPAK, are changing their officially used phone numbers, as well as confidential numbers and mobile phones.
Several investigators of the National Bureau of Investigation have found this fact, when they decided to contact officials under investigation, those denounced by the media, with bosses who are aware of the cases under investigation, or when they wanted to receive documents and official information.
The phone calls of BKH and SPAK, made to many persons subject to investigation or communication for the purpose of investigation, telephone service operators have answered that the requested persons are not available, or their numbers do not exist.
Knowing that BKH and SPAK find them physically, or they find the new numbers through a request to mobile companies; some of the officials themselves have disclosed the new numbers to the investigators.
They were impressed by the fact that those who are under investigation, those who have been questioned, those who know that they are being investigated, or will be questioned for the abuses they have done with the bosses or alone; they think that by changing the numbers of the missing mobile devices, they will eliminate the sleepers and evidence of abuse.
"Pamphlet" proved this information to be correct by calling several officials in the Ministry of Finance, Agriculture, Health, Education, Culture and the central directors of PPPs, Water-Sewage-Waste, PIH, of the Medicines Agency of the FSDKSH and the municipalities of Tirana, Vlora, Himarë, Durrës, Elbasan, Korçë, etc. etc.
Almost all of them had changed the phone numbers they use officially, but also confidential numbers; even on the websites of the ministries, we found that most of the central and regional directors have changed their numbers and "E-mail" addresses.
They changed the numbers and telephone sets, after BKH seized 12 telephones from the ministry of Belinda Balluku; 20 telephones to Niko Peleshi's ministry and the Army Headquarters; 8 phones of Mirela Kumbaro's ministry and 10 phones of heads of the Ministry of Health.
Their panic increased after SPAK seized the phones of former minister Ilir Beqaj and his wife Adriana Beqaj; especially after the sequestration of Monika Kryemadhi's phones, where there are communications with Ilir Meta, Sali Berisha, Fatmir Mediu and several SP deputies, ministers, oligarchs, hitmen and traffickers./ Pamphlet
