The captain's acts of terrorizing employees are daily, but they have reached the point where even the few professionals he brought in are leaving him with resignation.
The employees of RTSH, dismissed arbitrarily and in complete violation of the law, have been waiting for the reaction of the Governing Council for three months, to which they have been asking for the undoing of the illegality of the director of the public broadcaster Alfred Peza and his reinstatement.
Although the council has distanced itself from the arbitrary decisions of Captain Peza, who was not approved by any of the heads of departments and any of the projects that are currently broadcast on RTSH, it has not yet made any decision about the dismissed professionals.
The petition through which they officially address the Council with the request for the return to work and the dismissal of Peza, sleeps in their office.
On the eve of the next meeting, the dismissed employees request from the RTSH Management Council, the inclusion of their petition in the agenda and the fulfillment of the demands.
His platform and promise "For a great RTSH again in the digital age" has so far worked best for: change pulling the orchestra out of its rehearsal hall for renovation, putting up communist-era chandeliers and terrorizing employees that they are afraid to walk in the corridors.
Just a few days ago, with an internal order, Capt. Peza appointed the one he had brought as head of sanitation (Albana Qirjako) as head of the RTSH 3 channel.
We remind you that this channel has been closed by the AMA at the official request of the former RTSH director Enkelejdi Joti. Therefore, any show that is broadcast on this channel and any payment that is given as a structure of this channel is illegal.

One of these professionals brought by the captain himself, who chose to resign after finding it impossible to cooperate with the hysterical captain and his 20-year-old directors, was Alma Paploka, the marketing director.
Captain Peza promised to hire those who spent the day in cafes and not working, but he removed the professionals and replaced them according to the culture of the private televisions where the captain was used to, with 20-year-olds with no experience and harem girls who drink coffee they drink it in his office.
The thefts of the captain and his directors who did not come to RTSH just for the salary, should be investigated by SPAK, starting from the colossal theft of the 62nd song festival to the thefts that were hidden under the guise of renovations and reconstructions.
The changes in the internal environments of the RTSH, Capt. Peza, are covered by justifying them with clearing and that they do not spend the money received from citizens' taxes.
Then why doesn't the captre record any entry or exit from RTSH warehouses?
Where do purchases go if they are not registered as having entered RTSH?
What about the projects that started in September 2023, what are they paid for when the Governing Council has not approved any of them?
We remind here that the two hosts of the show "Good Morning Albania" are paid with several items in the project, reaching up to 4 million lek each per month, while Alban Dudushi is paid 10 million lek per month in addition to his appointment as a political journalist with a salary of 700 thousand ALL per month.
While Blerta Tafani, proposed for the position of deputy director, is paid for the project "One night as one life" where she also included other soldiers; Dollonja, Xhabafti, Çeçi, Grori who also receive salaries as directors.
Marsela Sinani is paid as editor-in-chief of RTSH Film and editor-in-chief of the show "Good Morning Albania" and Olsjan Laskaj is paid as editor-in-chief of news and editor-in-chief of the show "Me Ketin".
All these payments should have been approved by the Governing Council and are being carried out illegally and should be investigated.
But why is the chairman of the Governing Council Leka Bungo silent?
For a bowl of visionary soup, Bungo agreed to sell himself in front of all Albanians as the chairman of the club's association, as he was called by the businessman who mediated his reconciliation with Capt. Peza.
Bungo has been lobbying hard for a big RTSH, against corruption and for the artistic programs that need to be carried out, since he took office as chairman of the Governing Council 2 years ago.
Then why is he silent in the face of the colossal failure of Captain Peza with a screen that has returned to the time of communism in terms of program content?
