In the last two weeks of December 2023, the agents of the National Bureau of Investigation sent Vilma Nushi, 3 Warrants - Appearances at SPAK, to be re-questioned regarding the "Check-up" concession affair, which received on January 7, 2015 with the signature of Ilir Beqje.
The notices sent to the 4 addresses of her villas and businesses in Tirana were returned with the note: "The person is not found", the absence of which BKH and SPAK have considered as Vilma Nushi's move for business matters.
But the fact that the absence of Vilma Nushi was ascertained even after the notice sent on January 8, set in motion the heads of SPAK, who on Wednesday, January 10, 2023, sent BKH agents to the apartment, to her 2 villas in Farkë and Kodra e Diellit, as well as in Kashar at the headquarters of the company "Marketing & Distribution Sh.pk".
But again she was not found in the apartment or business, even her family members and partners, such as Besnik and Erion Nushi, Edmond, Majlinda and Endrit Hido, and Shani Peposhi and Gentiana Peshkatari, have stated that they do not know where Vilma Nushi is and not have contact with him.
After 18 months, because they did not find her to re-interrogate her, BKH agents and SPAK prosecutors learned that Vilma Nushi is out.
For the first time, Vilma Nushi was called to SPAK on July 13, 2022, where for 4 hours, she was asked about her clientelistic ties with former minister Ilir Beqja in the "Check-up" PPP, but also about fraud with the number of medical checks.
After her statements, prosecutors Edvin Kondili, Ened Nakuçi and Elida Kaçkini, ordered Vilma Nushi to appear at SPAK on July 15, 2022 with all the documentation she had.
Since Vilma Nushi did not follow the order of the three prosecutors to send the documents to SPAK; three days later, on July 18, 2022, BKH agents went to the apartments and offices of her company "Marketing & Distribution Sh.pk", but did not find her.
On the day she was supposed to appear at SPAK together with the documents, Vilma Nushi escaped from abroad; while the prosecutors let him run away, not imposing a criminal measure of "prison" or at least "house arrest", as defined by the Code of Criminal Procedure.
With these criminal measures, Vilma Nushi would be kept under physical surveillance, but it is no coincidence that it was not decided by prosecutors Edvin Kondili and Ened Nakuçi; these, who initially did not even charge Ilir Beqje, continue to let him go free even for the "Check-up" affair./ Pamphlet
