Regarding the connections with the realtor Ermal Kurtulaj, the former minister in charge of the PPP thief in health and "launderer" of money laundering with restaurant and medicine businesses, said that he was involved in a project, which happened to be related to the Directorate of Donations .
The receipt of this project called "EPHIK" (Improve Primary Health Care in Kilcyre) worth 340,000 Euros in funding from the Italian Government, has been administered by the Donations Directorate, where Ilir Beqja was the director and started on July 5, 2022.

And their connections in businesses are confirmed by the tax document, where Ermal Kurtulaj, in addition to the Director of the Health Care Fund, Head of the Department of Donations in the Prime Minister and the state health project "EPIK", appears as the employed Head of Finance and for banking operations, in the company "INTECH+Sh.pk" of Ilir Beqje, with a monthly salary of 1 million 260 thousand ALL.
