Public pressure forced the High Inspectorate of Justice to start an administrative investigation, asking the Prosecutor's Office of the Court of Korça for information on the change of the charge from "intentional murder" to "negligent murder" and the release of the killer's 3 accomplices.
But according to the information, the Prosecutor's Office and the Court of Korça have refused to give the High Inspectorate of Justice the files of the decisions of the prosecutor Vasjana Postol and the judge Luljeta Kole, with the justification that their decisions are not final.
The fact that the High Inspectorate of Justice was allegedly ignored and is silent, but also the fact that the General Prosecutor's Office, the High Prosecution Council and the High Judicial Council have not reacted to the preliminary decisions in favor of the murderer Denis Meçe, creates suspicion that it is a scenario not to punish this scandal.
Legally, the General Prosecutor's Office, the High Prosecution Council and the High Judicial Council should have launched an immediate investigation on the actions of prosecutor Vasjana Postol and judge Luljeta Kole, as superior institutions for their appointment and control.
But these institutions have not reacted, even after the scandal of the Court's Prosecution-Korçë, not to give the file to the High Inspectorate of Justice, ignoring it as if it does not exist at all.
This is enough to create the suspicion that the KLP, the HCJ and the General Prosecutor's Office are in a game with the Prosecutor's Office of the Court-Korçë, to leave this justice service in oblivion, in favor of the patron Nazi murderer in Pogradec, as they have done in many other cases. / Pamphlet
