A devastating bus accident occurred near the city of Mestre, close to Venice, Italy, resulting in the sudden plunge of the bus from the road near a railway line.

Videos and photos circulating in the Italian media and social networks show the burned bus and the fire and civil emergency forces trying to get the bodies out of the bus.
So far, 21 dead, 12 injured and 4-5 missing persons have been reported. Local media reports that the number of victims may increase.
