The former President of the USA can be sentenced to up to 400 years in prison, as he is charged with 37 charges. That is if he is found guilty of all charges and receives the maximum sentences although a more likely sentence would be between five and twenty years.

All this comes after the indictment was unsealed, which charges him with 37 criminal offenses related to the collection of classified documents.
Now, the former President is coming out against the charges included in the indictment that he kept these documents in unsafe areas.
Although he is currently a first-time offender, he could potentially be fined $9.25 million if charged with the maximum.
