Thomas Matthew Crooks, the 20-year-old who allegedly shot former President Donald Trump during a rally Saturday night in Pennsylvania, was the victim of bullying during his studies, according to what a former student said.
Jason Kohler, a former student at Bethel Park High School, told CNN that while he was not in the same class as Crooks, he saw him and said he had "no facial expression."
Crooks, Kohler said, was bullied because he didn't fit in with others at school. "I had heard he was a smart guy," Kohler recalled, adding that the incident was unbelievable.
