A series of explosions were reported today in Doha, Qatar, where large plumes of smoke were also seen.
Israeli Minister of National Security Itamar Ben Gvir has reacted to this operation.
"Jewish blood is no longer abandoned. The decision we made to strike those who led us to the October 7 massacre is another historic decision in a series of important decisions we have made," the Israeli minister wrote in 'X', as he praised the IDF raid on Hamas' political office in Doha.
"A big thank you to the prime minister, to the defense minister, to my fellow ministers in the Security Cabinet for the courageous decision, to the Israel Defense Forces and the Shin Bet for the professional operation," Ben Gvir added.
"I will pursue my enemies, I will overtake them, and I will not turn back until they are destroyed. Long live the people of Israel," he concluded.
