Iran's Foreign Ministry said the new supreme leader, Mojtaba Khamenei, is "completely healthy," dismissing speculation about his condition.
According to the state news agency IRNA, ministry spokesman Esmail Baghaei said his absence from public was related to "war conditions" and not health problems.
Suspicions about Khamenei's condition have grown since he took over the country's political and religious leadership following the assassination of his father. He has not appeared publicly since the start of the conflict, and the Donald Trump administration has suggested he may be injured.
Earlier, in a written message to the Hezbollah leader, Khamenei expressed the Islamic Republic's "continued support for the resistance" against the United States and Israel.
