An Azerbaijan Airlines plane has crashed in the Kazakh state, killing 38 people and saving 27 others.
The Ministry of Transport of Kazakhstan announced in a press release that there were citizens of four countries on the plane - 37 Azerbaijanis, six citizens of Kazakhstan, three citizens of Kyrgyzstan and 16 Russians.
Various reports say that Russia is behind the downing of the plane, which the Kremlin has denied. The government of Kazakhstan announced that it would cooperate with Azerbaijan in the investigation of the downing of the plane.
Among other things, the investigations relate to allegations of "violations of safety rules" in air traffic.
