Russian cruelty, children killed during attack in Ukraine are sisters and

Russia has launched a deadly attack in Ukraine, killing over 12 people, including 3 children.

Deputy Foreign Minister Mariana Betsa said the victims were siblings Stanislav, eight, Tamara, 12, and Roman, 17.

They were killed in the Zhytomyr region, west of Kiev.

They are among at least 12 civilians who died after Russia launched nearly 300 drones and 69 missiles toward Ukraine.

Mrs. Betsa sent her "deepest condolences to the children's family."
