Two local trains collided head-on north of Copenhagen, with emergency services saying between five and 10 people were injured.
Several people were injured after two trains collided in Denmark on Thursday, local emergency services said.
The accident occurred north of Copenhagen, on the railway line connecting the cities of Hillerod and Kagerup, police said in a statement.
"There are two local trains that have collided head-on," a spokesman for the Greater Copenhagen fire department told Reuters.
"There are injured passengers. Everyone has been taken off the trains, so no one is trapped. Numerous forces have been sent to the scene," he added.
According to public broadcaster DR, which cited police, the number of injured is believed to be between five and 10 people.
