The US Embassy in Saudi Arabia warned of a possible missile and drone threat to the city of Dhahran.
The conflict between Iran, Israel and the United States is escalating at a rapid pace, including air strikes, missile strikes and warnings of further expansion of the conflict in the region.
Iran's UN ambassador in Geneva, Ali Bahreini, said Tehran would continue to retaliate "until the aggression stops." He warned that any base in a neighboring country used to attack Iran would be considered a legitimate target. The statement comes as Iran has taken military action against Israel and US interests in the region.

Meanwhile, Iranian media reported that Tehran's Mehrabad airport was hit by airstrikes, after the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced an expanded wave of strikes against Iranian regime targets in the capital. The Israeli military also confirmed that it had killed a senior commander of the Revolutionary Guards' Quds Force, Reza Khazaei, who it said was responsible for coordinating with Hezbollah and strengthening its armaments in Lebanon.
Clashes have also intensified in Lebanon. According to the Health Ministry in Beirut, at least 40 people have been killed and 246 wounded in Israeli attacks over the past two days. The Israeli military has announced that it has deployed troops to several areas of southern Lebanon, in parallel with the air campaign against Hezbollah, in response to attacks on Israeli territory.
Tensions are spreading across the region. The US embassy in Saudi Arabia warned of a possible missile and drone threat to the city of Dhahran, home to key energy facilities. In Bahrain, sirens were sounded and authorities urged citizens to take shelter.
Recent developments indicate an expansion of the conflict beyond the direct Israel-Iran clash, with the risk of wider regional involvement. The parties continue military operations, while official rhetoric remains harsh and the prospect of a reduction in tensions remains unclear.
