The news about Milan Radoicic's arrest lasted only one day, after the High Prosecutor's Office in Belgrade headed by Nenad Stefanovic, at the same time the head of the regime's "GONGO" Association, released him.
There were doubts whether judges and prosecutors would really apply the law correctly, and this was proven today.
Several "Nova" interlocutors confirmed that the announcement about Radoicic is extremely insulting to anyone who has any idea what has happened in justice in the last decade.
It is up to the public to first ask themselves whether they can expect an impartial and legal procedure, considering that the judge of the Supreme Court of Novi Sad, Ivana Josifovic, the chairperson of the Board of Directors of Stefanovic's association is at the same time in very close relations with Goran Petronijevic, Radoicic's defense lawyer, who is known to the entire judiciary.
Stefanovic also does not hide that he is privately close to Petronijevic, who is a regular guest at his parties. In the latter, where he marked the peace anniversary of his association, Petronijevic was given a special award, a well-informed source told "Nova".
He adds that precisely from Petronijevic's statements in the past days, it can be deduced that he has never been concerned about the fate of his client, given the situation and circumstances in which he found himself.
" Although the existence of an association in which judges and prosecutors sit together has been ignored for years, it is a state project of conflict of interest and control of the judicial regime, in this case everyone can see for themselves", says our interlocutor .
He points out that Judge Josifovic is not Petronijevic's only "contact", which could call into question impartiality and even a conflict of interest.
"Petronijević has recently appeared in the photos of Marija Spasić, one of the main defenders of the character and work of Nenad Stefanović, who appears in the regime's media as a general practice analyst and the only commentator on Stefanović's posts on social networks. It is about a person with a dubious biography, who is already presented as the secretary of the organization "GONGO", the Council for Monitoring, Human Rights and the Fight Against Corruption", adds our source and notes that this organization has nothing to do with " Transparency Serbia", which has been operating in Serbia for decades.
