Greece has concluded the "Parmenion 25" exercise after an intense week of military activities, which began on September 26 under the leadership of the General Staff of the National Defense of Greece and extended throughout the territory of our southern neighbor.
All capacities and personnel of the three branches of the Armed Forces (Army, Air Force and Navy) as well as the Special Warfare Command (SWCC) participated in this exercise, demonstrating a high level of readiness and coordination.
A special focus was also given to the evaluation of the Civil Protection alarm system.
"Parmenion 25" clearly demonstrated Greece's defense capabilities, the readiness of the Armed Forces, and the ability to act in a coordinated manner in complex scenarios, at a time when NATO countries are experiencing the concern of Russian hybrid attacks.
