The tender was awarded by the Road Authority, which announced in the Public Procurement Bulletin of September 16, 2024, that these 3 companies, as a joint offer of operators, were declared the winners of the second phase for the construction of the road traffic monitoring center .
The limit fund of this tender from the Road Authority and the Ministry of Infrastructure was 15 million, 66 thousand and 335 Euros with VAT, while Endri Meksi, Rrok Gjoka and the Turks of the Llogara tunnel were declared winners with the offer of 15 million Euros with VAT, or 66 thousand and 335 Euros less.
