But if we look at the history of SPAK investigations, the prosecutors have managed to hit important names thanks to the breakdown of phones. Ilir Meta is in prison today only because of a cell phone that was found in Kryemadhi's apartment. Also, SPAK filed charges against former Deputy Prime Minister Ahmetaj thanks to a mobile phone that was found in his ex-wife's apartment, a very old mobile phone. Also, in Ilir Beqaj and many other cases, SPAK went to the evidence thanks to the mobile phones that were seized from them. It has now become routine for any person being investigated to have their digital devices seized.
All this has been achieved thanks to a sophisticated laboratory that has been set up at SPAK. Through the help that came from the USA, the latest technological equipment has been installed there, thanks to which any cell phone, computer or application can be cracked.
But people are definitely needed for this work, and SPAK has hired experts from Israel, who are considered the best in this field. Israeli companies have also been contracted.
A few weeks ago, the Israeli company "Cellebrite DI Ltd" was announced as the winner of the secret tender developed by SPAK, with the aim of "Renewal of licenses for mobile phone testing equipment".
SPAK engages in this contract to pay 144 thousand dollars to the Israelis of "Cellebrite DI Ltd" for 12 months in a row until December 2025, asking the latter to crack the codes of phones, computers, laptops and any device other cyber, in order to obtain data.
So, thanks to the Israelis, SPAK is enjoying tremendous success. According to SPAK's annual report, only last year nearly 407 mobile phones, 76 computers, 19 DVRs and 121 other digital evidences (hard drives, USB, video recorders, tablets, memory cards, CD/DVD, etc.) were examined. ).
This has alarmed all politics. A large part have changed mobile phones and disposed of the old ones. Also other devices that they used for affairs, they have disappeared. They also don't even talk on their cell phones anymore and use some apps that are considered safe. / Pamphlet
