The political clash of Albanian Muslims for the Great Mosque
The great mosque in Tirana/

How will Erdogan's party work in Albania?

Everything has already started. The gong rang a day before Edi Rama's visit to Turkey, when the Mufti of Tirana, Lauren Luli, was lynched in the Kavaja street mosque, which is run by an imam close to the current government like Ahmet Kalaja.

Meanwhile, former mufti Ylli Gurra, who is known to be an opponent of the current leaders of KMSH, has come out with a strict attitude, asking SPAK to investigate the Gülenists of KMSH.

All this game is being done in two stations, or objectives. The first is the elections that take place on March 2 for the General Council of the Albanian Muslim Community. Elections that have actually and historically been controlled by the mufti and the KMSH. The chances are that these same people who lead the Muslim Community, whom Erdogan has called Gülen's kaffirs, will win. But in fact, they are protected by the US and Europe.

Meanwhile, Erdogan knows that he will not be able to achieve the first objective, that is to control KMSH, so in coordination with Edi Rama, he has decided to implement the parallel plan. The creation of another, parallel Muslim Community, which will administer and direct the Great Mosque of Tirana, which was built by the Turks.

This association will consist mainly of people who were once part of KMSH or their supporters. Like Ylli Gurra or Ermir Gjinishi, Justinian Topulli, and other "secular" people like Redi Shehu, Bujar Kapexhiu, etc., etc., who are part of the network of intellectuals who are regularly financed by Ankara.

The Great Mosque will have an imam and a muezzin, but in order to stand it must be attached to the KMSH, or to another religious organization, which the state recognizes as a religious community.

In Albania, there are precedents of parallel organizations within the Orthodox Church or even Protestant organizations, but who is outside the organization that leads Janullatos is not known by the state, while the various Protestant groups have united in one, to represent the community in the committee of cults.

The organization that is expected to manage the largest mosque in Albania, which, in addition to being a symbol, will also be a sign to gather the largest number of believers, creating a parallel congregation or militancy.

And this congregation, in all likelihood, will be the ready-made political grouping of the electorate, which then enters politics either directly, or by supporting other parties.

In North Macedonia, this happened with the emergence of the Besa party, while in Kosovo the congregation once supported Hashim Thaçi, who brought him to power, and then Albin Kurti.

In Albania, for three mandates they supported Edi Rama, with a farm from the Sultan of Ankara. Now it seems the time has come to go down to the mejdan itself, which is right next to the Parliament of Albania, even physically./ Pamphlet
