In five months, the Public Procurement Commission has administered 326 complaints regarding procurement complaints. But in the monthly newsletter of May, complaints continue to be in an upward trend where 77 complaints were registered. Thus, they are divided into 75 complaints for public procurement procedures and 2 complaints for auction procedures.
Meanwhile, according to the stage of the process for which the appeal was submitted, 34 appeals go to Tender Documents and 43 to evaluation of offers.
Since it occupies a large weight in terms of public procurements, the capital also registers the highest number of complaints, where there are 47 of them respectively. While Shkodra and Vlora have 6 complaints respectively, Elbasan district presents 5 complaints, Durrës with 4.
Other counties such as Berati, Dibra, Gjirokastra have 2 complaints respectively. While those of Fier, Korça and Lezha each have 1 complaint.
Referring to the Monthly Bulletin, complaints according to the type of contract are divided into 4 for public works, 47 for goods and 26 for services.
From the financial data on the activity of the Public Procurement Commission, the fees collected as a guarantee for procurement procedures are 8.9 million ALL, while the financial fees to be paid to the state budget are 3.7 million ALL. / Scan
