The political consequences of Edi Rama's battle with justice!

This entire panorama is nothing more than a strong political battle of the majority, a cause or topic, which will undoubtedly bring its own consequences, which are first and foremost political, then diplomatic or image...

In the case of Erion Veliaj's arrest, the "surprise" lasted only three or four days, in a strong atmosphere of electoral greed, after which the discourse was stopped. But Edi Rama declared then that if we bit our tongues when knives were stuck in our bodies, now and then we will say ours.

It seems that the moment has arrived, from the request to the Constitutional Court for the suspension, the statements on judges' salaries, the draft for the addition to the Code of Procedure, or positions on concrete events such as today's one at the AKSHI meeting.

This entire panorama is nothing more than a strong political battle of the majority, a cause or topic, which will undoubtedly bring its own consequences, which are first and foremost political, then diplomatic or image-related.

A battle, clearly chosen, also as a response but of a different kind, whether to the opposition's accusations against Edi Rama and other ministers, or to the echo created in the public by the spread and debate over the various SPAK files, which aimed more at the propaganda part to create a popular effect.

On the other hand, Edi Rama's movement, not dealing with investigative cases, but precisely with the rest, the legal, executive, and of course human, part, is nothing more than part of the PR of this battle.

Which at least so far has had some resistance, that of some public voices, diplomatic headquarters, but not the political stance of the opposition.

Which, there are enough reasons to scare you into entering this battle, taking sides. After entering the battle against Sali Berisha and Ilir Meta in 2016 on justice reform, it has been one of the important pillars of the electoral success of Edi Rama's SP to date.

However, even staying out is likely to cost them more. On the other hand, for the majority, a polarization of this battle could increase their consensus among their ordinary voters, as seen in the poll broadcast last night on ABCNews.

But the gray electorate can create a sanitary distance with the Socialists, a fact that does not really concern either Rama or the majority.

This is because Edi Rama is in his fourth term, which constitutes a political term where movement in the field is not done with timidity or anxiety.

Such a battle without a fight has every chance of plowing the political terrain in the country, to create a new political seed on the opposite side, namely in the opposition.

Which, by opposing this discourse, by truly becoming the "political wing of SPAK" can create the important cause of the great battle.

A battle that Rama seems to be eagerly awaiting, and is likely prepared for. The political wing of the Milan prosecutors in 1992 was clearly seen to be the former Italian Communist Party turned PDS in opposition and part of the Christian Democrats.

This political wing that protected the prosecutors, known as the "giustizieri delle studio", clashed with a popular figure who was under the prosecutors' target - Silvio Berlusconi, who had suddenly descended into politics. As the discourse of the "political wing" of the Milan Prosecutors emphasized, he entered politics to escape the clutches of justice.

But "il Cavaliere" as he was called, won the elections only 1 year after taking the field, in March 1994, which then quickly fell. He lost the elections two years later, but rose, fell and rose again, having the primary battle with justice, which he called the battle for dignity and freedom.

A political battle that is taking place even in these moments when Berlusconi is no longer alive, but which has been taken up by his former minister Giorgia Meloni - today the country's prime minister and leader of the center-right.

A major referendum on the new justice reform is taking place this weekend, where "bizarre" changes are also being defined, as they are called.

One of these is the selection of several members of the High Council of Magistrates, namely the body that appoints judges and prosecutors, with...short.
