Without a doubt, yes. There are 1000 reasons to be against Trump, but you are for Zvërnec.
For 36 years, Albanian governments, including Rama, have been an obstacle to foreign investment on the coast, and this is the first serious investment by an international corporation.

Kreshnik, ke moral te besh moral? Si cerr i Bamir Topit ne ate periudhe, te kujtojet se cbeje me KLD? Pushimet i beje ne ishujt grek me sherbime te vecanta.
Populli nuk eshte ngritur kunder Amerikes por kunder perversit Trump qe po tallet e gjithe bota e vete Amerika. Ne investimin e Zvernecit e Sazanit nuk jane Amerikanet por, birbo dhenrrushi cifut i Trum me parate e Arabeve. Ti o avoqati me nam, meqenese i hyre politikes sigurove Gjermanine e na kakarit qe andej. Ne se do te ishe kaq patriot pse nuk rrije ne Shqiperi ta beje?
Nuk eshte problemi te investimet e huaja por fillimisht duhet te beheshin keto gjera: 1-Te rregjistrohej toka ne shkalle kombetare sipas faktit qe eshte sot, 99% e tokave eshte pa probleme dhe e ka qe ne kohen e turkut, tokat me probleme te kalonin ne nje gjykate te krijuar pasaqerisht dhe te vepronte shpejt. 2-Te percaktohej si prone shteterore e perbashket rera e detit dhe hotelet qe jane shume afer detit te prishen, te tjereve tua qosh shetitoren nje m nga ndertesa e hotelit, dhe te prishen te gjithe pishinat, lokalet provizore etj qe jane ne breg, ne rere te detit dhe rera e detit ti kthehej popullit dhe vendosja e cadrave te ishte pa leke. 3-Te krijohen struktura qe popullit ti jepet leje pa korrupsion per ndertime shtepish,etj. Per nje leje çatie ne Tirane duhet te paguash bakshish me shume se te kushton catia. Te liberalizohen lejet e ndertimit te gjitha deri te hidrocentralet dhe tu jepen bashkive, pasi te vendosen kritere tee mirepercaktuara, te krijohen struktura efikase per dhenien e lejeve te ndertimit etj. Te gjitha jane te mundura por duhet vizion dhe vullnet. Te gjitha keto jane te mundura,
Niku nje pyetje kam. Cfare u be me portin e Durresit? Do ishte investim 3 miliard. Ka filluar ne 2021 me fishekzjarre. Di gje cbehet. Na ndrico pak. Po me Kuksin aeroportin? Me djegesit? Bechetin qe nuk merr asnje cent dhe boshatisi arken e Alb kontrollit.....etj etj...njerezit thjesh nuk besojne le dhe kjo eshte arritje.

Po si mund te kete moral te dale nje kuqefaqezi si ky te beje moralistin. Ne fillim te flase kur drejtonte ZMQ, me leket e kujt e mbante "Shkoqaten" dhe a i di gje nese ka humbur ndonje fond apo a e kane zkuzuar per ndonje humbje fondesh, perfshire edhe F. Kad....in. Kur ishte n/kr i ish KLD ka marre ndonjehere ndonje dhurate te "VOCKEL" dhe nese po sa here. Kur iku jashte shqiperise me çfare pazari iku dhe sa paguhet andej dhe nga kush ??? Keto kerma vetem ere qelbin..... sepse ketu nuk shtrohet pyetja per investimin (nuk ka njeri te jete kundra) por per menyren si po vepron kryeministri i cili e ka kthyer te gjithe shqiperine ne plaçke dhe e jep si ti doje qejfi vetem per te ndejt ne kolltuk. Ka te beje me menyren si dhe deri ku eshte i perfshire kryeministri, sepse nese eshte çeshtje private çfare dreqin e shqeteson qe perfshihet .... (apo ju hap barku per popullin) le ta zgjidhin vete privatet. Ne momentin qe hyn, perfshihet dhe ben patriotin (maskarain e fundit) atehere eshte brenda duke e njohur sic e njohin te gjithe edhe te vetet per 20 %, ne mos me shume. Protestat shyqyr qe behen ne kete menyre dhe shyqyr qe njerezia te fillojne te ndergjegjesohen, por dalin keta funderrina e kerma sebashku me te gjitha merdiat dhe bejne namin. Pra jane keta dhe merdiat qe e instrumentalizojne dhe duan ta paraqesin si proteste anti-investim, e sikur shqiptaret jane kundra cdo investimi, apo aamerikes etj etj. Jo o kerma, dhe ju te medias bashke me keta, shqiptaret po zgjohen dhe protestojne se u ka ardhe ne maje te hundes trajtimi si lecke dhe vjedhja ashiqare me arrogance. Ju si merdia vazhdoni ti mbani iso qeverise e rames e te gjithe hajduteve, pasi edhe ju me seleksionim i keni investigimet...... jeni ne rrugen e duhur
Ti palo Burre,e more meditjen edhe per nje muaj me artikullin gudulise kryeministrin qe te maresh meditjen,ti jep argument per turpin tend, jo info per ne o Mjerani ti.
Shume i sakte ne arsyetim, por ky eshte popull vari lesht, cohet atehere kur nuk dihet te cohet. Mjere ky vend.

Argumentet e artikullit qëndrojnë por Edveri dhe Saluci duhen rrezu....e kane mbush vendin me bangladeshas duke perzon cunat e gocat tona dhe ky mund te jete sebepi.....uroj ta jete kshu! Kishin qenë fare e keqe antishqiptare!
Greqia mundet por ka dicka te vogel. Greqia eshte ne Europe atje ku ne duam te hyjme,me shqetesim kemi me Serbine e Vucicin mikun e kryeministrit. E para kjo klase politike e ketyre 35 viteve na eshte bere mort, me Sali, me Edi, me gjithe lakejt mbrapa pa haruar deputetet si Zeqine, Noka ,Sara, e 130 te tjere te pa njohur. E dyta. Ca u be me perlen e bregdetit Jon per turizmin? Vetem biznes imobiliar me miqte e kryeministrit, asgje turizem i mirefillte si ai qe permend ne Turqi (ti e di mire por po ben lepirjen e rradhes). E treta cilat investime te tjera ? AKSHI ? Tuneli Llogarase ? Inceneratoret? Rruget qe na ikin me nje shi? Porti ? E katerta pse nuk kemi reaguar me pare. Po kemi pase shprese se ky do qe me i mire se Saliu qe shkateroi shtetin por duhej nje kohe ta kuptonim dhe duhet dhe nje kohe qe zullumi te trashet, apo jo? Mbyll gojen se del sherbetor i peshtiree. Hapni syte ne proteste eshte gjithe rinia. Sido qe ta beje eshte e arthmja e saj dhe protesta e tyre mbi te gjitha eshte shpresdhenese dhe e bukur.
Ore ke te drejte, por fakti qe keto argumenta i thua tii qe ke qene zv/kryetar i KLD me krijon idene te te pyes, sa mijera euro ke marre per kete shkrim? Sepse ti nuk ben asgje pa leke
