Are we slipping again into a hodgepodge dictatorship?

Democracy as a historical rule has degraded into dictatorship by the will of the prime minister who created his individual political system and killed or persecuted political opponents.

The writer Aloys Winterling in his famous biographical work CALIGULA wrote: How is it that the uniquely contradictory and historical combination of republic and monarchy can come into a political system?

And this is certainly the key point in the history of the modern state within the question: republic or monarchy?

But this universal question has not yet been resolved, because every prime minister who has ended up as a dictator has had within himself the demand to be a monarch with absolute power.

But he was only prime minister.

Mussolini was one such, but so was Enver Hoxha.

Where are they now?

Both are in the hell of a criminalized dictator.

How has democracy degraded into dictatorial powers?

Democracy as a historical rule has degraded into dictatorship by the will of the prime minister who, after coming to power with votes, created his individual political system and killed or persecuted political opponents.

And why did they end up like this?

Because they have come to power not as kings of high nobility, but as simple people of the people who have seized power through revolution with the call: for the people and with the people.

But that, after they have come to power, they have done everything to feed their pathological disease in an absolute power, not being kings.

And how have they ended today in the history of Europe.

All of these are recorded as criminal figures in history.

Why, isn't Enver Hoxha in such a register today in the history of Albania, but also Mussolini in Italy?

But with all this, is there still a danger that Albania and the Albanian people will fall again into a Hoxha-type dictatorship?

The risk certainly exists, therefore the Albanians, in Albania and Kosovo, must be very careful with their historical fate in function of the political system. The dictator, as a historical rule, does not have a normal psyche, but a sick psyche that pushes him towards crime and violence, as a function of his personal power.
