Divided between Sali Berisha, who leads the Reestablishment, a political grouping formed by the largest faction that broke away from the PD, Lulzim Bashes, the official head of the PD, as well as the group of democratic boycotters, who each fight for their own account and to realize the goal own.
The re-establishment is fully supported by the 'cause' of Berisha's release from house arrest, where at the request of SPAK, the Special Court has isolated him at home under the charge of passive corruption and flagrant violation of the court's decisions.
The entire membership of Re-establishment has been made available to the chairman of the group, starting from the determination of the daily lists for participation in Berisha's gatherings on top of the balcony of his palace on "Mustafa Matohiti" street in Tirana, up to the determination of the list for participation in Tuesday's protests in front of the municipality of Tirana.

Although we have entered the election year, there is no sign of organization in Reestablishment, to reveal the electoral alternative and convince the citizens or at least the democrats why they should vote for them. None of this preparation, just chaotic movement. They know like hell that the decision of the Appeal on June 11 for the stamp and logo of the DP, and even if there is all the good intention of God to give this opportunity to Berisha and Reestablishment, they have nowhere to cling to to make it a thing such. To drag it out, they can do it further, since they have made it 'mud' and in one form or another the stamp and logo of the DP will go either to Basha or to Berisha. He will most likely go to Basha. He seems to have the 'cards' in order with this job.
Despite being convinced of the fate of the seal and logo, Berisha has not thought, or at least has not said out loud, whether he will announce any new name of the new party already, it is not difficult since Meta for two days and he did even such a thing with lightning appointments, or he will find a political 'shelter' to register his candidates in next year's parliamentary elections. We emphasize that it is the largest political grouping of the opposition, although it is nameless and 'in black'.
The chances of him being under the "shelter" of the Freedom Party are few, since the leader of this party, Ilir Meta, has an unprecedented political "appetite", and wants him to be the head of this part of the opposition, and not be fictitiously Sali Berisha who is under house arrest. At least Meta wants to convince his supporters that he will not suffer the same fate as Berisha until the 2025 elections. So he hopes that there will be no request from SPAK for any possible arrest.
And Meta is known to 'measure Berisha's head with a string', increasing the 'stack' of requests and asking for half of the safe seats in the list of candidates for deputies in the parliamentary elections. That's why they don't talk about the legal changes for the voting of candidates. So it can ask for half of those votes that are taxed for the Reestablishment of PL united in an alliance. The concrete example of the local elections of May 14 last year, when Berisha won almost half of the municipal councilors in the whole country.

Por deri më tani tek Rithemelimi nuk ka ‘erë’ zgjedhjesh. Janë në funksion të Berishës, dhe kjo për hir të së vërtetës nuk është aspak lojë politike por përballje e një grupimi të tërë politik me drejtësinë e re, përballje e mbushur me kërcënime dhe fyerje në drejtim të kreut të SPAK Altin Dumani e prokurorëve të këtij institucioni hetimor që kanë lidhje direkt me hetimin e Berishës, apo me gjyqtarët e posaçëm, me ata që kanë në dorë dosjet e Berishës.
Protestojnë dhe para bashkisë së Tiranës, duke kërkuar përmes molotovit dorëheqjen e kryetarit Erion Veliaj, i cili për hir të së vërtetës në 2027 e përfundon vetë ciklin e tij në krye të bashkisë së Tiranës, pasi sipas Kushtetutës nuk mund të kandidojnë më për një mandat të katërt në krye të bashkisë më të madhe në vend. Ndaj themi se kjo pjesë e opozitës po harxhon kohë, nerva dhe energji për një kauzë që në të vërtetë është një bllof.
Kapin dhe ndonjë ‘kauzë’ të rastit, blofuese më tepër, siç ishte dhe rasti më i fundit i dhunimit të avokatit të Berishës, Sokol Mëngjesi nga katër të rinj këtë të mërkurë, për hesapet e tyre në lidhje me një gjyq pronash, por që Berisha dhe mbështetësit e tij deri në momentin e vetëdorëzimit të njërit prej autorëve që u rrëfye për arsyen e kësaj dhune ndaj avokatit, deklaronte se i kishte dërguar Rama për ta rrahur avokatin e Berishës, si presion për mbrojtjen që i bën kreut të Rithemelimit. Ishte çështje private sepse avokati nuk mbron vetëm Berishën, ka shumë e shumë çështje të tjera. Aq më tepër që sikurse thonë dhe kolegët e tij, Mëngjesi është një ndër avokatët më të mirë në vend dhe çështjet e mëdha për të mbrojtur i ka me shumicë.
Pjesa tjetër e opozitës, PD zyrtare e drejtuar nga Lulzim Basha, ndonëse thuhet se po bën fushatë derë më derë tek demokratët për t’i larguar nga Berisha apo bojkoti, ka një mbështetje modeste. Të paktën këtë thonë dhe sondazhet serioze deri më tani. Ka mbështetje më pak se sa gjysma e Rithemelimit të Berishës dhe kjo është një e vërtetë e dhimbshme, por e drejtuar nga një dembel funksional dhe një lider që nuk ngjit askund si Lulzim Basha, kjo pritej prej tij. Të paktën deri më tani, ndoshta në të ardhmen ka dhe dyfishim mbështetjeje, pasi PD zyrtare është e vetmja që artikulon alternativa dhe propozime nga copat e ndara të PD. Alternativa si sytë e vet, por të paktën i artikulon. Por dhe godet majtas e djathtas, pasi e ndjen veten të paktën deri më tani jashtë ‘rrezes’ së goditjes së SPAK. Të cilin e mbështet publikisht.

So the PD and the opposition as a whole, even in the most fortunate case, does not come close to the SP with votes. Meanwhile, Berisha, from the eighth floor of the building, looks like the elders of the family who remind customers who are late or who have not read what is written on the door, that 'the shop is closed, son'. In this situation, the DP is stuck divided into several pieces and Berisha on the one hand calls it his property to do whatever he wants with it, and Basha on the other hand that has nothing to do with the leadership. The rest of the opposition goes into the 'others' 'section'. So without political weight.
