Throughout the political history of survival, Kosovo has "eaten" many heads of the Prime Ministers of political Albania, even when they pretended to treat it as a currency for daily political interests.
Prime Minister Edi Rama starts today the two-day Balkan tour for the Berlin Process. He is expected to hold meetings in Skopje, Belgrade, Sarajevo, Pristina and Podgorica.
On the eve of his announced tour to the Illyricum Siujdhesa, the prime minister of political Albania, Edi Rama, published this morning this tweet on the Twitter social network.
"After a while to Skopje to start the two-day visit to the capitals of the Western Balkans. This morning, all 13 agreements of the meeting of the two governments signed by us have been submitted to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Kosovo. With the countersignature of the Kosovar side, they enter into force immediately. I remain hopeful that after the removal of the concern expressed publicly by KM Kurti for citizens prevented from benefiting from the 13 agreements, we will also have confirmation of the meeting with Albini this afternoon", wrote Rama on his Twitter.
Is the compulsion to take this step a rational reflection on the shameful action of June 14, or a product of internal pressure? Either one or the other logical guess probably doesn't hold! It seems that this reflection has a reason of VIS MAJOR character. It is related to the expected end of the Serbian president, but also the fear of political developments in Albania.
Throughout the political history of survival, Kosovo has "eaten" many heads of the Prime Ministers of political Albania, even when they pretended to treat it as a currency for daily political interests. The most egregious case, but somehow covered with mysterious light and shadow, remains that of Mehmet Shehu, not to mention all the prime ministers of the democratic transition period.
Any prime minister who takes the responsibility to lead political Albania from now on, must consider that the other half of Albania is outside and she has never given up on joining political Albania, the nucleus of the Nation.
All the agreements signed by our two governments, of these two halves of our Albania, and not only the 13 that were signed without the formal ceremony that Gjakova deserved, should be treated as part of this bleeding and not as a "removal of concern"!
As long as these agreements are treated with such a lack of seriousness, Edi Rama proves that he has no real concern about the agreements he signed with the governments of Kosovo, but he has another concern. I think that even this bowing of Edi Rama at the dawn of today speaks volumes about the situation he is in. Not even the insistence on a meeting with Prime Minister Kurti can remove this problem.
Albania and the Albanians will return to Europe, the Euro-Atlantic family, serving the common strategic interest.
