Berisha has lost his mind, after the DP lost Peqin, or the Elbasan region, at least for a while...
Dashnor Sula is a lawyer, he was a prosecutor of the Republic, up to the General Prosecutor's Office until June 2005. Mr. Sula is a citizen of Peqin, a good family, an important district that received votes in 2005 as a candidate in the majoritarian. In 2009, Sula gave the DP a draw in the Elbasan district, giving the draw to the head of the district Lulzim Basha, which he will never undertake. This is precisely why Berisha has lost his mind, as the DP has lost Peqin, or the Elbasan region, at least for a while.
