Justice is one of the most important ideals in our social contemporaneity. This is what the public dreams of and strives for in order to create a fair and equal social-political-economic environment. Institutions structure it. Besides, we have never understood why smiling politicians come out of the SPAK headquarters! They can stay for a few hours, hang out with lawyers and come out again smiling and ready with the standard answer: We were asked about things we were aware of. We are always in the hands of justice. The simple question that comes to you is if it is that simple, they can be answered via email or live recording and that's it. But, it doesn't happen like that.
Even now, that SPAK is giving signs, you still remain disappointed how many causes are not being touched and how much information circulates and is used by DP politicians, while the socialists remain silent or vice versa! Why is the public gossip fed in this way, where everyone accuses and not a few serve evil with gossip? Why the public is no longer impressed: Bad? How is it possible that no one from the SP side knows what is happening with Arben Ahmetaj? How is it possible that the former chief prosecutor of the country Llalla fled and the state is unable to argue his guilt? How is it possible that Ilir Meta carries all those accusations on his back and nothing can be proven? How is it possible that Rama washes his hands of anyone and what happens in his structure? How is it possible that Berisha speaks so proudly in the parliament with four non-women on his back? How and how...? How is it possible that the photos of Arben Ahmetaj are circulating on the net and the specialized bodies cannot find him? What are all those service and intelligence agencies for, when the public is faced with evil everywhere?!
There is no answer for these and there never will be. When you find out that the interests of both parties collide, then you realize how impossible it is. When they tell you and it appears in the media that the same people (both parties) win the tenders again, then you realize that justice is the only one that can face you. But SPAK, as one of the structures with the most expectations from the public, is still far from its objectives. Like all the Justice of our country. First of all the people who are there, they need to look at the conjunctures more than to face the reality. Second, apart from the lack of professionalism, which he sees in the arguments of the verdicts, the Albanian also sees the lack of their state sense. Unfortunately, this is compounded by the fact that a part of the public sees fandom in the event and does not want to react morally.
It cost him nothing to give priority to the issue of DP, to put an end once and for all to the chaos that this political force and its derivatives have created. It costs nothing for justice to really show the Executive the weight of its judgments. There will never be peace in our country, if there is no true Justice. Martin Luther King Jr. expressed an idea in the most difficult moments of confronting racial injustice in the USA: "Human progress is neither automatic nor inevitable... Every step towards the goal of justice requires sacrifice, suffering and struggle; the tireless efforts and passionate concern of dedicated individuals" .
With all due respect and expectation, Justice is still far from this challenge.
