Albania does not need to copy Macedonia to combat aging by imposing a tax on single people.
National Anti-Aging Plan PKKP:

2. Pension for every person who reappears in Albania after 10 years of emigration
Let's stop calling it "aging" but "demographic revival." When the elderly return to enjoy retirement here, for the economy it's like having 20 babies.
3. Declaring Albania an "aging-free zone"
We import pensioners from the EU. Zero taxes, sun, sea. Europe ages, Albania exploits them! Profit for both parties: they die for the sun, we get rich with their pensions.
4. A tower for every baby
Every child will have a tower with their name on it. If you are going to be born, you must contribute to urban development! The more children, the more towers, the more towers, the more concrete, the more concrete, the less space for the elderly!
5. Bonus for every baby born abroad who is registered as a resident in Albania
Why bother having children here, when we have exported labor and can import babies? Every Albanian born in Germany, Italy or elsewhere, receives Albanian citizenship! This way we improve the average age in the country and declare ourselves the new nation in the Balkans.
