If we look at the history of the Albanian state with deep attention, we must remember that even 1924 was a year that, if fanaticism had completely triumphed, we would have been in a different kind of development today, but in any case, this year is once again opening us to the re-creation of our ethnic self.
Because now we are strong, even very strong, as an Albanian world in the Illyrian Peninsula.
We are two Albanian states.
But the evolution towards Albanianness as a full ethnicity continues.
Everything Albanian is progressing in both our countries.
Everything Albanian is gaining a power that is understood to be bringing us closer and closer to our ethnic self every day. Our historical conquerors have done nothing to us.
But we must carefully consider our policy in a potent alliance with the United States of America.
Today, we Albanians are exactly the same as the ethnic political position of our Illyria, Arbëria, and Epirus.
If we look at all these large units of the Albanian ethnicity in the Illyrian Peninsula with historical attention, we see that we are in the same position as Albania: therefore, historically, we have passed and are walking in the same way as the time of Caesar the Great, of Pyrrhus of Epirus, of Gjergj Kastriot Skanderbeg, of the help of Austria-Hungary and Germany in the re-creation of Ethnic Albania in 1943, and it is understood that historically these historical events have deeply molded ethnic Albanianism in Albanians, and today the same ethnic situation is present, with the territories of its three states: Albania, Kosovo, and North Macedonia.

Therefore, if you look at the political - historical - ethnic history of this time with attention, you see that, within the Albanian efforts from antiquity to the present, the Albanians are always the same, just as they have been in History, from antiquity to the present.
But all our opponents recognize Albanian glory as Epirus, Hellas, Ethnic Albania, Dardania, Kosovo, Albania; which actually constitute four Albanian states today, which again constitute Ethnic Albania.
What about Chameria? It too is entangled in this ethnic history, and indeed, all the deep international analysts today think that, when the movement for Chameria's independence begins, as happened in Kosovo, Albanians will have great help from the United States of America.
Let's hope.
But history has given us this historical axiom as a great lesson: all attacked peoples, when their conquering rivals wanted to denationalize them, with their victorious resistance, they, as heroic peoples, have brought about a new historical era, which has had a great value in all world civilization.
This is also expected to happen with the Albanian ethnicity: Albania, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Chameria, for all the reasons discussed in this paper.
