Today, I filed a criminal complaint with SPAK, with the functions of a journalist, against those responsible for the intervention in the TIMS system, on August 2 and 3, 2023.

But I had no proof. I had convictions and data about the theft of TIMS servers - an event that was immediately reported by employees, but which, surprisingly, their superiors did not notice.
Interior Minister Taulant Balla, the General Director of Police and other officials remained silent and did not act for 20 hours, practically overthrowing the state, just as in the case of the Police's failure to execute the Prosecution's arrest warrants for the murders of January 21, 2011.
Then, the Rilindja workers sabotaged both the parliamentary investigative commission and the referral of the case to SPAK.
They were so zealous that they even forced a member of parliament, a clergyman of God, to play the role of the devil at every step.
A few days ago, the Tirana Prosecutor's Office indicted a single person for the incident. So, like all stories involving political crimes, this one was going down the drain - a hole.
This news and the fact that I had denounced and followed the TIMS case as a journalist forced me to make a promise and keep it.
The report begins with the names of former Interior Minister Bledi Çuçi, the successor minister Taulant Balla, a number of senior police leaders, and ends with the names of the perpetrators on the ground of the theft of the TIMS database. A total of 12 people.
There are 13 charges. They start with "forgery of documents" and end with "commitment of criminal offenses by a criminal organization and a structured criminal group."
This group is responsible not only for the intervention in the TIMS system but also for flagrant appointments at the top of the Police hierarchy, such as the case of Ervin Muça, with a criminal past in Italy and problems with the law in Albania, whom they took off the street and appointed Department Director in the Police, also giving him the rank of Senior Manager.
Actions that were initiated and completed in a few calendar days, as if God had given an order.
I promised and made the report with absolute conviction and with the intention of respecting myself and my career.
I also filed the complaint to set an example of courage for our society, held hostage by a handful of corrupt politicians and, at the same time, ordinary criminals.
