Shkodra was shocked by another criminal event at noon this Friday. Elis Rroshkodoli was executed in a bar in the Zdrale area of Shkodër.
A person entered the bar armed and fired 18 bullets at him.
Journalist Ermal Vija said that the victim had no criminal record in Shkodër and Albania, but his name was linked to several criminal events in Romania and Belgium. The journalist also stated that the murder was well organized and that the victim was shot with an automatic weapon with a silencer.
He added that in 1997 Elis Rroshkodol's father was executed, while the investigations for this crime have been extended in several directions.
"He is a character who was not known for his criminal record in Shkodër and in Albania. He was known for his past outside of Albania. In Romania there was a collision with a person, in Belgium he was part of a criminal group, filed for theft. He was a suspect for the 2013 event for injuring several people. The killing was well organized. The perpetrator shot with an automatic weapon with a silencer, which left the victim dead on the spot. This indicates a well-organized assassination. His father also lost his life in 1997. All possible leads are being investigated by the police" , he told "Abc News".
