The massacre that took place in the center of the former Block on October 4, 2018, brought an open clash between the group led by Ervis Martinaj and Ervin Matës, known in Tirana with the nickname "Boli".
This event created a new faction of conflicts for Ervis Martinaj, who lost his close friend Fabian Gaxha in the block collision, was himself injured and his cousin, Eljo Hato, was shot with three bullets.
Even more, this event completely exposed Ervis Martinaj to the public, lowering his reputation, since he suffered a heavy loss from this conflict, where apart from killing Gaxha and injuring Hato, he seriously risked being killed himself.
But although after the event, the parties seem to have clarified in order to end the investigative and judicial conflict that the prosecution and the police had launched against them, both sides still faced an armed counterattack to hit each other.
The plans were to throw away millions of euros, since on October 31, 2020, Behar Bajri talks to Ervis Martinaj, telling the latter that a plan for his physical elimination is being implemented by Ervin Mata.
According to the messages written in the "Sky" application, Behari warns Martinaj that for his head and Eldi Dizdar, another cocaine trafficker involved in the incident of the former block in Tirana, Mata had offered a full 5 million euros.
But the businessman Ervid Martinaj, who at this time had moved from Tirana to live in Patok, has written a letter to Behar Bajri, to whom he says: "...he doesn't have lice..." - Ironically implying that Ervin Mata did not have the financial means to make it available to others, with the intention of killing Martinaj or even Eldi Dizdar.
Between the many lines of messages, Behari tells him that: "...they are telling me that he paid a million euros for you and for Dizdar, Ervin Mata. The one who was here today told me. For you and for Dizdar, 5 million euros...".
And Ervis Martinaj replies: "...he doesn't have lice..."
And then Behar Bajri continues to write to him saying that: "...it's up to these who**a, they are not all connected together. Now some of my friends from Shijak ran away, and they told me. Because horseradish, Ervini and Juli in Shijak, now that Shijaks have left me and they told me by chance..."
But Martinaj asks Behar if Ervin Mata is staying at Juli's house.
And Behari tells him that: "...I don't know, but they told me that Juli kept it and they work hard. I spoke with Juli one night on the phone from the lawyer and he said he would come to see me...".
Martinaj i thotë: “…Juli? S’besoj aty! Julin maje peng, jep 5 milion dhe mbaje në emër tim. Ose ta mbaj unë, menoje kët vetë…veç peng më intereson, me u mar lekët. Me e vra, ça fitoj…sa mallista ka rrugve…”.
Por Behari ia kthen duke i thënë: “…o Julin ta gjej unë o shok. O vëlla, për ty e baj, çat të duash…por a don me e vra atë ku**vë…”.
Martinaj: “…jo jo s’kena interes, ti rrujm lekët po… menoje punën e Julit. A e din që ne rimë bashkë?”.
Kurse Behari ia kthen duke i shkruar se: “…po do e mendojm, nuk e di, se nuk e kam takuar. Po të shkruaj më vonë se jam tu taku Tomën, i’tu te qyteti jem dhe diskutojm. Po flasim kur të takona bashkë…”.
Martinaj: “…Unë them, për Tomën afroje…se loja do nxehet fort…”.
I të njëjtit mendim është dhe Behar Bajri, i cili i thotë Martinaj se: “…Toma na duhet, se loja asht tu nxeh dhe ishallah na ecin planet…Po loja jeme asht me u vra nja 3 a 4 vetë këtu ku jetoj unë dhe Dori dhe Bardhoku e nej tjetër, deri para votimeve duhet me u vra…”.
Martinaj: “…Dori është vështirë, Bardhoku është kollaj…”.
Kurse Behari ia kthen: “…jo se janë tu hi tjerët në lojë, tuj pre në besë Niklaqurët. Kyt ja kërkon Toma. Po se Toma më tha ata janë grupi ma i rrezikshëm që janë të organizum. Ka tha, 20 vetë si hyjnë në flak për të dhe veç te ato tha kam besim. Se i kam të mirë dhe i kam fuqizuar unë tha…”.
Martinaj: “…Kush ka 20?, jo s’ka 20 jo...ka njerëz që u jep punë kaq. Ikin për lek as për shok as për halle të veta, janë braca…”
Bajri: “…Duri, 20 si gjujn…se kështu më tha…ça më tha po të them…Po pra, por dame bajn…”.
Martinaj: “…Kanë 3 vjet s’kanë ba dame…”.
Më tej në fund të muajit Tetor 2020, Behar Bajri, e informon Ervis Martinaj se ishte njoftuar nga një punonjës i Gardës së Republikës se Marviol Bilo, kishte marrë prej andej një super jelek antiplumb me pllaka çeliku, duke dyshuar se krahu kundërshtar i Ervis Martinajt po përgatitej për të bërë goditje.
Në këtë kohë të tre palët si Ervis Martinaj, Marviol Bilo dhe Ervin Mata, ishin përfshirë në procese gjyqësore në Gjykatën e Tiranës, për shkak të ngjarjes së rëndë të ndodhur në ish-Bllok në 4 Tetor 2018 në Tiranë, ku mbeti i vrarë Fabian Gaxha dhe u plagosën Ervis Martinaj dhe Eljo Hato.
Megjithëse gjërat dukeshin se ishin sqaruar dhe palët kishin rënë në qetësi, të dy kampet kundërshtare përgatiteshin dhe merrnin masa për sigurinë e tyre fizike dhe ruajtjen e familjes.
Për shkak të kësaj situate, sipas Behar Bajrit familjen e Marviol Bilos e kishin marrë në ruajtje efektivë të Gardës së Republikës.
“…Aj ku**a, Bilo ai i Gardës paska lyp një kundraplumb, ja ka lyp kolegëve të vetë më tha sonte nji si punon në Gard dhe i paskan rujtur familjen e tij…”- i shkruan Visit, Behar Bajri.
Meanwhile, Ervis Martinaj replies: "...Bilo, the one who shot me...?".
"What about him... I told him to find us where he is, but he told me that he doesn't have a friend, but his friends know him, but they don't sell them, he said...", Behari returns to Vis.
The latter writes to him again, saying: "...who are these friends, damn you."
But Behari tells him that: "...that soldier was supplied to you for action, because he got a bulletproof vest with steel plates that resists strong weapons...".
Ervis Martinaj replies that: "...I'm only dealing with that work these days, because I have to work hard, non-stop with these...".
