A fatal accident occurred yesterday on the Shkodër-Lezha road. The victim of this accident was 47-year-old Altin Luli, and 3 others were injured.
The accident involved 2 vehicles and a truck.
Police say the 63-year-old driver of the truck and the 22-year-old driver of one of the vehicles have been arrested.
Both were injured and are receiving treatment at Shkodra Hospital.
"Following the preliminary information provided yesterday, regarding the accident on the "Shkodër-Lezhe" road axis, we inform that the specialists of the Road Traffic Sector arrested for the criminal offense of "Violation of road traffic rules", resulting in death, citizens H. Sh., 63 years old, and AH, 22 years old, both residents of Shkodër, who are currently receiving treatment at the Shkodër Regional Hospital, after suffering injuries from the accident," the police announced.
