The member of the "Babagjyshë" gang wants to get out of the "41-Bis" regime, Ilir Kupa appeals to the Supreme Court!

The member of the "Babagjyshë" gang, Ilir Kupa, appealed to the High Court, where he requested the annulment of the order of the Ministry of Justice, which placed him in the 41-biss regime.

The cup was placed in the special regime, following the order of the Minister of Justice, Ulsi Manja, on December 11 of last year.

Albert Kupa (alias Ilir Kupa) is serving a sentence for 6 different criminal offenses in Peqin prison.

In 2014-2015, Ilir Kupa was involved in the criminal activity of the "Babagjyshë" gang, participating in several thefts/robberies, as well as giving percentage monetary values.

He has also been a person declared internationally wanted by the Greek state for several serious criminal offences.
