Security expert, Fatjon Softa, has revealed other details regarding the sensational arrest of 54-year-old Albanian Leonard Mnela in Michigan, United States of America.
Softa said that this citizen, sentenced by Italian justice to 25 years for several criminal offenses, had three identities and lived in Latin America for a long time.
He also said that Mnela appeared dead and had been declared as such by an Albanian court.
" The fact that he was convicted and wanted by Italian justice for the execution of a sentence with a prison sentence of 25 years, his displacement due to his activities, to escape from Italian justice as he was a wanted person and suitable places, such as Dubai , Latin America and other countries where you can escape justice.
The change of identity, the preparation of documents with at least three names, has made it possible to be unidentifiable. Leaving this country, as there may have been criminal activity there and may be required by this country as well.
He left Latin America and was arrested in Michigan. This was a collaboration between the American and Albanian police. Information about the person's identity has been received, as long as it has been reported by the Albanian court or from information received from Albania as a dead person, but without identifying his death ," said Softa.
