AMP has suspended 3 police officers in Tirana after they were accused of violent acts against the escort of minors.
They are charged with the criminal offense of "Committing arbitrary acts" in collaboration with and against children.
The three employees have been criminally prosecuted, as they are suspected of having committed arbitrary actions while escorting the minor citizen with the initials EG, on April 12, 2025.
Specifically, the deputy commissioner with the initials Xh. B and the 2 police officers with the initials DM and RD.
"The Police Supervision Agency in Tirana has executed the Decision of the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Tirana, to impose security measures on three State Police employees, suspected of committing the criminal offense of "Committing arbitrary acts" in collaboration with and against children.
According to the court's decision, personal security measures have been imposed on four individuals, specifically:
Deputy Commissioner with initials Xh. B. – Specialist / Shift Manager at the General Patrol Section, Police Commissariat No. 1, Tirana.
Inspector DM – Service Corps in the General Patrol Section, Police Commissariat No. 1, Tirana.
Inspector RD – Service Corps at the General Patrol Section, Police Commissariat No. 1, Tirana” , announced AMP.
