A serious incident was recorded in neighborhood no. 13 of Durrës, where a 37-year-old man is suspected of shooting a gun at the ground while driving, with the intention of threatening a 50-year-old man.
Police have announced a search for the suspected perpetrator, as well as a 25-year-old man who was in his vehicle, for failing to report a crime.
"The 37-year-old is wanted on suspicion of firing a firearm at the ground while driving a vehicle to threaten a citizen."
A 25-year-old man (passenger in the vehicle) is also wanted for failing to report a crime.
Specialists of the Section for the Investigation of Crimes against the Person, following the report made yesterday by citizen DK that a citizen had threatened him with a firearm, immediately organized the work to identify this citizen and clarify the circumstances of the case.
The investigations suspect that citizen IN, while driving a vehicle with citizen RM as a passenger, in neighborhood no. 13, Durrës, fired a gun to threaten citizen DK, 50 years old, for weak motives, and then drove away in the vehicle.
Following the actions, citizens IN, 37 years old, and RM, 25 years old, residents of Durrës, were declared wanted, as well as the suspected vehicle used in this incident. Work to capture them continues.
"The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Durrës, for further action," the police announced.
