Ylber Jaku's lawyer, Aurora Guska, has recounted the dynamics of the murder of 34-year-old Reshit Sallahu by his neighbor, after a dispute between their parents over property.
Aurora Guska, the author's legal representative, indicated that the victim's family had attempted to block the road leading to the author's father's house.
Reshi Sallahu's sister was also involved in the fight, who raped Ylber Jaku's parents with an axe, sparking bloodshed between the two families.
"In order to avoid further conflicts, the father of the arrested person called his son and told him that 'we had an accident and we are in the hospital'. Ylber Jaku worked in Has, it is not true that he came from England, no, he was in Has, he works in construction. Meanwhile, Agim Jaku, the author's father, according to her, has sent the police countless phone calls and messages asking them to investigate the criminal incident, but the police have not taken any action.
"Agim Jaku himself, I have all his calls and messages starting from 09:49 to 11:13, there were endless calls and messages, where Agim Jaku notified the police that my son was out of control and to avoid any possible incident.
"But no measures were taken, the incident occurred 3 meters from the victim's yard," she stated.

Ylber Jaku's parents have a property dispute over their apartment. The victim's family did not allow it and they have been in court for 20 years. Two weeks ago, the father of the arrested person, Agim Jaku, called the police and informed them that the person with whom he had a conflict, the victim's father, had taken a dumpster and was destroying the road leading to his house.
Faced with this fact, the victim's father went to the police and said, 'Take Agim away from me or I will take revenge.' The girl, who is under house arrest, took an axe and injured both of the arrested man's parents.
