A few days after the arrest of the two brothers who were handcuffed as suspects for the murder of 33-year-old Ramazan Mataj, the family of Arjol and Klisman Hasaj is trapped by the fear of a possible revenge.
Meanwhile, today, Arjol and Klisman Hasaj were left in prison by the Court of Shkodra. Even though the lawyers have asked for a milder measure for the younger brother, Klisman Hasaj with the argument that he was not aware of the incident, the court once again imposed indefinite prison terms for both suspects.
In the hearing, they locked their mouths in front of the jury, while the prosecutor of the case emphasized that the evidence proving that the two brothers committed the murder is the ballistic result of the weapon found in the yard of the Hasaj family's apartment.
This evidence, which matches 100% with the bullets and casings found at the scene, confirms that the two arrested brothers are the likely perpetrators.
Regarding the serious crime, after the murder of Ramadan, the perpetrator went to the funeral ceremony to remove doubts that he could be the perpetrator. We recall that the event has caused fear between two families in the village of Dragoç, while the author's father has emphasized that if his son is found guilty, he should suffer the punishment he deserves.
29-year-old Arjol Hasaj stated that he killed the 33-year-old to protect the honor of the family, after the victim had an extramarital relationship with the author's sister. The fact that Ramadan had spread intimate words and videos of the author's sister prompted the latter to undertake the serious act.
