A 21-year-old man was arrested by the Shkodra Police as part of the operation codenamed "Grudë e Re". According to an official announcement, the 21-year-old was wanted on suspicion of supporting the perpetrator of a crime.
Within the framework of the checks carried out based on information obtained operationally, specialists from the Serious Crimes Investigation Section made it possible to capture and detain citizen KF, 21 years old, resident of the village of Grudë e Re.
According to the police, the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Shkodra had issued a detention order against him for the criminal offense of "Supporting the perpetrator of a crime."
The investigation suspects that on January 16, 2026, the 21-year-old transported citizen EK by vehicle, who was involved in a conflict for weak motives with citizen AM, at the place known as the "Vinoteka Crossroads". During the conflict, EK is suspected of using a firearm, without causing any consequences.
The procedural materials have been referred to the Shkodra Prosecutor's Office for further action.
