A 34-year-old man was threatened with a firearm in Shijak. It was the young man himself who reported the incident to the police saying that he was threatened by an unidentified person. The event happened around 22:10 in Rubjekë, Shijak, while he was distributing the staff of his bar to their homes.
After receiving the notification, the police immediately went to the given address. In the meantime, the police announces that it has set up an investigative group and, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, work is continuing to clarify the circumstances of the incident, determine the motive for the threat, identify and apprehend the perpetrator.
"On 04.06.2023, around 22:10, citizen HA, 34 years old, resident of Maminas, Shijak, informed the Police that in Rubjeka, Shijak, near the lake of Rubjeka, while he was driving a vehicle, to distribute in the apartments, the staff working in his bar was threatened with a firearm by an as yet unidentified citizen. Upon receiving the notification, the Police services went to the given address. An investigative team was set up and the work is continuing under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office for clarifying the circumstances of the event, determining the motive of the threat, identifying and catching the perpetrator.
The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Durrës, for further actions," the Police announced.
