"There was a death contract for him", Greek media: Jani Aliaj's murder ordered by Albania

Greek media have revealed other details about the murder of Jani Aliaj in Koridhalos prison.  

According to information from "Newsbomb.gr", there was a death contract against the victim, a long-running vendetta in Albania that lasted for almost a decade, since 2016.

According to her, the incident occurred in the 3rd Wing of the prison, when the Albanian prisoner was attacked with a knife by a Greek prisoner, resulting in his death. The victim was found murdered in his cell.

Jani Aliaj has been sentenced to life in prison for several murders, the most famous of which is that of Elton Çiço. According to Greek media, both the perpetrator and the victim had numerous clashes between them. Aliaj was stabbed twice in the neck with an improvised knife, leaving him dead.
