Three people were arrested by the Lezha police and 9 others were prosecuted after being caught with narcotics.
As part of the "Temple 3" operation, after the controls carried out by the police, doses of cannabis, cocaine and ecstasy were seized.
"Following the implementation of the measures defined in the nationwide police mega-operation "Tempulli 3", the specialists of the Narcotics Investigation Section, in cooperation with the services of the Special Force "Shqiponja" of DVP Lezhë, based on the information received on the operative route , have carried out checks on some vehicles and citizens, who were moving on the "Lezhë-Shëngjin" road axis.
As a result of the controls, the following citizens were caught and arrested red-handed:
EM, 18 years old, a resident of Lezhë, and a 16-year-old resident of Fushë Kuqe, Kurbin, after the police found and seized dozens of doses of cannabis and ecstasy during the search of the vehicle they were driving.
As well as citizen VM, 24 years old, a resident of Pristina, after during the physical check, the police found and seized a quantity of narcotic cannabis sativa.
In addition, criminal proceedings were initiated against the following citizens:
AM, 44 years old, JT, 44 years old, PK, 49 years old, and LP, 21 years old, resident in Switzerland;
E. H., 28 years old, resident in France; J. Ch., 33, and JK, 34, resident in England;
AB, 21 years old and I. O, 27 years old, residents of Pristina" , the police announced.
